How you can help

If you wish to support me by helping with my campaign in a practical way your support would be hugely appreciated. There are a variety of ways in which you can assist:-

Car stickers

You can help by placing a car sticker on the back window of your car. This will say “Please vote Le Marquand for Senator” and will detail my web address.

If you would like a car sticker, or perhaps a number of car stickers to hand out to potential supporters, then please telephone Anna Field on 723967.

A3 posters around the Island

I need help with campaign posters in two ways:-

• Locating places to put up posters
  I am having a number of A3 laminated posters made to put up in various places around the Island, but I need help with finding places to put those posters.
  Wherever possible I would like to put up posters, with the owner’s consent, on private property that is easily visible for passers by i.e. on main roads. Alternatively it may be necessary in some places to use lampposts or the posts supporting traffic signs.
  If you have any ideas for locations of posters, either on public or private property, then please get in contact with David Dallain on 862408.
  
• If you would like to help in a practical way by actually putting up the A3 posters in various places around the Island then please get in contact with David Dallain on 862408. I am hoping that posters will be put up in late September/early October time.

Representation at polling stations on Polling Day – 15 October 2008

If possible I would like to have a team of supporters who are willing to stand outside the Polling Stations throughout as much of Polling Day as possible. This would be to represent me, to talk to people they know or who express an interest and to have some campaign leaflets available for anyone who is interested.

If you are able to assist for part of the day then please telephone Barry Sergeant on 743728. Ideally there will be a rota for each polling station with two hour slots.

Distributing campaign leaflets

I need people to help by handing out campaign leaflets to their friends, family, colleagues and acquaintances.
